Pour ceux d'entre vous où votre cerveau traite en faisant de l'art, nous avons un cahier vierge Wonder by Lurepa pour vous permettre de dessiner, d'esquisser et de griffonner jusqu'au contenu de votre cœur. Si vous souffrez de SSPT, vous constaterez que l'art est souvent un meilleur moyen de traiter votre traumatisme que d'en parler.
Et, pour ceux d'entre vous qui ont besoin de traiter en lisant, en écrivant ou en pensant de manière plus analytique, nous avons un cahier Lurepa qui est gouverné, vous permettant d'écrire tout ce qui vous vient à l'esprit.
