Introducing Our Current Pilot Program

At LUREPA®, new products are introduced with intention.

Rather than launching many products at once, we focus on piloting one care package or product at a time — learning from real use, real feedback, and real care environments before expanding further.

This page highlights the product we are currently piloting.

Why We Created This Pilot

This pilot began with our child.

During their medical journey, what they longed for most was a sense of normalcy in an environment that felt overwhelming and unfamiliar. Everyday routines changed. Clothing felt different. Comfort items and coping tools became essential — not optional.

We experienced firsthand how coping tools, adaptive clothing, and supportive products can help children feel calmer, more in control, and more like themselves during care.

Along the way, medical staff and care teams reinforced what we were living: when patients are supported emotionally as well as clinically, care becomes gentler and more effective for everyone involved.

This pilot brings those insights together — lived experience and medical perspective — into one thoughtfully designed product.

Who This Pilot Is For

This pilot is intended to support:

  • Pediatric patients and teens
  • Children experiencing long or repeated hospital stays
  • Families seeking meaningful comfort supports
  • Care teams focused on improving patient experience

Availability is intentionally limited during the pilot phase so we can learn, refine, and improve.

How the Pilot Works

Behind-the-scenes imagery: notes, feedback cards, refinement process.
  • Observing how the product is used in real care environments

  • Gathering feedback from patients, families, and medical teams

  • Learning what works, what can improve, and what truly matters

What Comes Next

This pilot is just the beginning.

We believe products designed for healthcare should be introduced slowly, thoughtfully, and with care. What we learn here will inform future designs, packages, and programs — always guided by real experience.

Because in care environments, getting it right matters more than being first.
