The peanut-shaped double massage roller ball measures 5.5 inches x 2.5 inches with a 1.77 inch central curve, fitting the spine perfectly. Made from smooth, durable natural rubber, they are odor-free and bubble-free.

Ideal for massages and sports like lacrosse and hockey, they are especially useful during long hospital stays for muscle relief or a game of pass. They come in a convenient mesh drawstring bag for easy storage.

Cleaning the dirt, oil and other contaminants that accumulate on your massage balls is important for your health but also for the life of the ball.
The balls are easy to clean and can be washed by hand with mild soap and water. Make sure you rinse the balls to avoid leaving any residue.
Dry completely with a dry towel then air dry fully before storing
Avoid direct sunlight and dust

Clients primarily use this product, specifically the peanut ball and marble ball, for self-care and recovery.
